AI Chatbot for AirBnBs

The recent rise of large language models has spurred the creation of various tools built upon this revolutionary technology, and one of the most clear-cut applications has been the use of natural language to converse with one's data.

In this project, I took this paradigm and applied it to AirBnB rental properties. Hosts get asked many questions by their tenants, most of which can be answered simply by referring to the documentation hosts provide tenants at the beginning of their stay. Making this data accessible in a chat interface frees hosts from having to answer questions to which tenants already have answers, and it allows tenants to find answers to their questions very quickly (hosts can often take an hour or two to respond) and easily.
